Abstract
Buku us}ul al-fiqh ini secara global membahas persoalan usul al-fiqh, baik dalam tataran teoritis maupun praktisnya. Tataran teori membahas kedudukan sumber hukum islam yang muttafaq ‘alaih yaitu al-Qur’an, hadith, ijma’, qiyas. dan juga membahas yang mukhtalaf ‘alaih di antaranya adalah maslahah, istihsan, ‘urf, qaul al-s}ah}abi, istishab. Dalam kajian-kajian tersebut langsung di beri contoh terhadap penerapan teori tersebut.
