Abstract

This research focuses on the objectives of the four problem formulations. First, researchers aimed to determine the effect of Management Control System on Employee Performance at PT. Ebad Wisata, Sidoarjo Regency. Second, researchers aimed to determine the value of the influence of the Management Control System on Employee Performance at PT. Ebad Wisata, Sidoarjo Regency. Third, the researcher aims to find out the relationship between Management Control System and Employee Performance at PT. Ebad Wisata, Sidoarjo Regency. Fourth, researchers aimed to determine the value of the relationship between Management Control System and Employee Performance at PT. Ebad Wisata, Sidoarjo Regency. In this study, researchers used quantitative research methods. This research uses associative hypothesis type. Researchers used a population of 30 employees. This research sample uses population, because the total population is less than 100 people. Researchers used a quota sampling technique (qouta sample). In answering these objectives, researchers used a method by using the sperman rank correlation test and a simple regression test. This research is located at PT. Ebad Wisata located at Juanda Businees Center (JBC) block A8-A9 no. 1, Jl. Raya Juanda Airport, Pager Hamlet, Sawotratap, Sidoarjo, Sidoarjo Regency, East Java. ZIP code 61254. The results of this study have proven two hypotheses. The first hypothesis shows that the Management Control System (X) has a significant effect on employee performance (Y) with a significance value of 0.000 ≤ 0.05. The second hypothesis shows that the Management Control System (X) has a significant relationship to employee performance (Y) with a value of ρ value 0,000 ≥ 0.05. The two variables have a relationship value of 0.727 with the strength of a strong relationship. The two variables have a correlation determination value (R2) of 0.705. Thus, the correlation value has a strong influence strength.
