Abstract

Durus fi al-Tafsir, Tafsir Juz ‘Amma is an interpretation product by Yusuf al-Qardawi published by Maktabah Wahbah Kairo in 1434 H/2013 AD. An interpretation product is a reflection of mufassir and a media to pour out his thoughts, so an interpretation will have an unique value that identic with it’s author. While the mufassir thouths are strongly influenced by greographical, scientific, and religious ideologies that he believesThis research departs from a popular justification that a person will not be able to escape from an alignment that already exist whitin him and seeing al-Qardawi’s background is an activits of The Moslems Brotherhood, so this research is oriented to the important questions: 1) what are the ideologies of the Moslems Brotherhood in al-Qard}awi’s interpretation, 2) what are the implication of immersing of The Moslems Brotherhood’s ideologies in his interpretations.This reseach is an qualitative research by using library research. The approach is used Hermeneutics of Nasr Hamid Abu Zayd to dismantle religion ideology of al-Qardawi, and a comparative approach between Jurgen Habermas’ and Max Weber’s theory to reveal the implication of the inclusion The Moslems Brotherhood’s ideology in his interpretations.The results of this research are: First, the influence of the ideology of al-Ikhwan al-Muslimun in the interpretation of al-Qardawi is found in several aspects, there are: Theological aspect, found in the interpretation of surah al-‘Asr: 3 which explains the concept of perfect faith, and interpretation of Surah al-Zalzalah: 7-8 which explains the conditions of charity. The social aspect, found in the interpretation of surah al-Ma’un: 2-3, al-Qardawi requires the establishment of social institutions as a form of justice and concern for the weak. The educational aspect is found in the interpretation of surah al-Shams: 7-10 which discusses self-cleaning and soul, and surah al-Takwir: 28 which emphasizes the formation of an independent spirit for Muslims. And the economic aspect is found in the interpretation of Surah al-Mutaffifin: 1-6 which advocates economic independence according to the Shari’ah. Second, the implication of the inclusion the The Moslems Brotherhood’s ideology in al-Qardawi’s interpretation in Durus fi al-Tafsir, Tafsir Juz 'Amma makes the interpretation tend to be ideological, so, it’s entered to the ideological interpretation. Because besides being written by a interpretator who’s a sympathizer of The Moslems Brotherhood, al-Qardawi also import the values of The Moslems Brotherhood’s ideology his into his interpretation. However, al-Qardawi’s thought in his interpretation belongs to the moderate category.
