Abstract
This study is the result of field research in Mitra Aqiqah Mandiri Katering which is a business unit of PT Mitra Mandiri, with the title of Tinjauan Hukum Islam Terhadap Praktik Pemesanan Produk Paket Aqiqah di Mitra Aqiqah Mandiri Katering Jambangan Surabaya (Islamic Law Review of the practice of Aqiqah Packages Order in Mitra Aqiqah Mandiri Katering Jambangan Surabaya). This study aims to address issues that is: 1) how is the practice of ordering aqiqah products packages in Mitra Aqiqah Mandiri Katering Jambangan Surabaya? 2) What is the Islamic Law Review of the practice of Aqiqah Packages Order in Mitra Aqiqah Mandiri Katering Jambangan Surabaya? as well as having the aim to determine 1) Knowing the practice of ordering aqiqah products packages in Mitra Aqiqah Mandiri Katering Jambangan Surabaya. 2) Knowing a review of Islamic Law Review of the practice of Aqiqah Packages Order in Mitra Aqiqah Mandiri Katering Jambangan Surabaya.
This research is a field research with the method of qualitative descriptive analysis, which describes the condition or situation contained from data obtained about the practice of aqiqah packages order in Mitra Aqiqah Mandiri Katering Jambangan Surabaya. and then it is analyzed using deductive method. It is first explain various things about contract theory greetings, khiyar and aqiqah. After explaining the theories and concepts will be linked with the realities on field.
It is found that the practice of aqiqah packages order under this company is using the salam contract. the ordering system can be made directly in the office or online. The terms of bai salam in this practice is fulfil. The buyer will be granted khiyar according to incomplete specification of the object.
