Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of workload and organizational climate on the work-life balance of Koperasi Warga Semen Gresik employees. This study used a quantitative correlational approach using the entire population as the sample. The sample in this study is 96 employees of Koperasi Warga Semen Gresik. The data collection method used a questionnaire with three research instruments namely, the workload scale, organizational climate scale, and work-life balance scale. Data analysis used multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS 25 for windows. The results showed that there was a negative effect of workload on work-life balance with a coefficient value of 0.002 < 0.05. The results also show that organizational climate has a positive effect on work-life balance with a coefficient value of 0.001 < 0.05.
