Abstract

Madrasah has dynamic experiences concerning with Islamic education system in Indonesia and it has participated in coloring the road of education in Indonesia. Now a days, madrasah is desired institution to make con–tribution in overcoming moral decadency problems. So, madrasah brings about many instructional training programs to improve its quality of instructional system such as active, creative, effective, and joyfull learning (PAKEM) training pragram, character education training program, and instruction by ICT media program. However, the imple–mentation of these programs is irrelevant with desired result. That, revitalization is something urgent to make the implementation better.
The problems are: (1) How to revitalize PAKEM prog–ram? (2) How to revitalize character education program? and (3) How to revitalize instruction by ICT media program?
This study indicates that many factors cause the implementation unsucces. To implement PAKEM needs teacher will, teacher comprehention, and classroom envi–ronment management. So, coaching and assistance con–tinually are urgently needed to assist teacher compre–hention. Supervision is also needed to assure teacher will. In other side, equipment design and shape shoul be designed adaptable of active learning.
Character education implementation seems formally and normatively focused on moral knowing and less fo–cused on moral feeling and moral action. Whereas, many experts said that the more important of character education was developing moral feeling and moral action. So, the important thing to do is how to design character instruction objective operationally by having obvious indicators and sosialize these objectives to all stakeholders. Character education is not delivered by attaching on lesson action plan only, but it is more delivered by experiential learning and activity.
The implementation of Instruction by ICT media program should be revitalized by carrying out ICT training continually and off course providing and reconstructing instructional media system. Madrasah must assure that all media do running well
