Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that influence the increase of SIDALIH user satisfaction in the working area of the Election Commission of Surabaya City using the End User Computing Satisfaction Model (EUCS) which consists of five variables: content, accuracy, format, ease to use, and timeliness. The city of Surabaya was chosen as a research location because Surabaya as the second largest city in Indonesia has often been chosen as the main barometer in evaluating the success of a program or policy. The analytical tool used in this study is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis to determine the causality relationship between the independent variables in the EUCS Model and SIDALIH user satisfaction as the dependent variable. Research samples from 62 respondents were taken from all SIDALIH users at the KPU Office and 31 PPK in Surabaya using a purposive sampling technique. The results showed that there were four variables namely content, accuracy, format, and timeliness that had a significant and positive effect on SIDALIH user satisfaction, while the ease of use variable had no significant effect.
