Abstract

This paper aims toempower womentomanagement ofIslamic micro financingso thatthe living standards ofthe members of thecongregationmoreincreases.The focus of this paper are, first, what is the problem of women moslem congregation in Tulungagung? Second, how to strengthen the management of Islamic micro finance congregation? Third, How to increase household economic management in the group women moslem congregation in Tulungagung? Fourth, how women's access to finance? Fifth, How to increase women entrepreneurship in the congregation women Moslem congregation in Tulungagung? Sixth, how the implemen¬tation of sharia economic socialization of women moslem congregation in Tulungagung?The method used inthisdevotiontocommunity empower-mentsemitechnicalcommunity basedresearch (CBR) are realized inthe form of trainingandmentoringto the needsof the proposedandimple-mentedby congregation. The first result of this devotion, women moslem congregation problem is the need to strengthen the management of savings, training and venture capital to increase revenue. second, strengthening the management of Islamic microfinance services performed by the savings management training, financing. Thirdly, the management of the household economy with FGD economic management to plan household budgets and spending family. Fourth, access to financing for the congregation performed by allocating funds for Rp.12.150.000 empowerment, - for financing activities, Fifth, increase entrepreneurial skills training conducted with instant ginger, Sixth, socialization of Islamic economics is done with FGD Islamic economics, solidified use saving deposits, murabaha financing and qardh. At the end of the devotion shown an increase in savings, increase saving congregation
