Abstract
The establishment of financial institutions is the main key to the modern economic system. The development of financial institutions in Indonesia is not dominated by conventional banks alone, but Islamic banks continue to experience progress and development even in a short time. KB Bank Syariah KC Sidoarjo is one of the Islamic banks consisting of 12 branch offices operating throughout Indonesia.The purpose of this study is to further analyze the implementation of marketing strategies and obstacles experienced by KB Bank Syariah KC Sidoarjo in implementing marketing strategies to attract customer interest through iB Hajj Savings products. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with the type of field research. The data sources of this study use primary and secondary data. Primary data was obtained through direct interviews with the parties concerned. Secondary data is obtained through company data, journals, books, websites, blogs, and the like.The result of this study is that KB Bank Syariah KC Sidoarjo uses a 4P marketing mix strategy, namely product, price, promotion, and place to market iB Hajj Savings products. The internal obstacle experienced by KB Bank Syariah KC Sidoarjo is the limited office units and human resources. Meanwhile, the external obstacles experienced by KB Bank Syariah KC Sidoarjo are the competition and the reach of Hajj savings registration. This research provides advice to KB Bank Syariah KC Sidoarjo to carry out marketing strategies on promotional aspects, especially on promotions through social media. Furthermore, it is necessary for managers to conduct regular crosschecks and internal evaluations related to the operational system of KB Bank Syariah KC Sidoarjo.
