Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between self-efficacy and emotional regulation with academic stress in students of SMAN 20 Surabaya. This study is a quantitative study with a correlation type. The population in this study was 95 students of SMAN 20 Surabaya. The sample in this study was a population of class 12 SMAN 20 Surabaya totaling 354 students. The data collection technique used the Accidental Sampling Technique. The results of this study indicate that self-efficacy and emotional regulation are simultaneously related to academic stress by 48%
