The concept of multiple Intelligences which focuses on the unique aspects of each child's strength which has always found. Basically, a persons' s intelligence can be developed/improved, except intellegence inborn (genetic/factors). As well as Visual-spatial intellegence. Visual-spatial intellegence can be described as right-brain activity and have some similiar characteristic with interpersonal intellegence. One of the efforts that can be done by the teachers to increase students intersest towards learning mathematics is by using comics. Comics have stories, pictures and interesting language and communicative. Comics is the most popular reading text. So, hopefully students will be like of mathematics. This research is the development reserach, namely the development of textbooks with the comics, which aims to improve the visual-spatial intellegence. This research uses a procedural model which is descriptive research. The type of this research is the development of research which refers to Thiagarajan model which are consists of four stages that have been adapted to this research, so become intro threestages, namely: 1) Define, 2) Design, 3) Develop. The subjects of this study is the fourth-grade students of MI Roudhotul Muta' alimin Babat, amounting 25 students. From the result of this research which has been obtained that the learning device that was valid developed with an average 3.8 validity. Implementation of the RPP is well categorized. The response of students towards learning mathematics by using comics is very positive. However, for students activities can be categorized as poor. While the percentage for the improvement of intellegence of fourth grade students MI Roudhotul Muta'alimin Babat was categorized enough, which reached 29.6%. In the development of textbooks by using the comics mathematic for fourth grade students MI Roudhotul muta'alimin Babat on the subject of Geometry which include the space there is a small revision. The device developed learning can be said feasible and be applied as an alternative source of learning.
