Abstract
Quality Islamic educational institution services to the community are becoming increasingly important to be implemented. The development of programs in institutions / schools is an effort to improve the quality of institutions / schools. The flagship program from the integrated curriculum aspect is a step in accordance with the demands of the general public towards the institution / school when students finish in the world of education, so that students excel in thought power, heart power, and physical power as well as soft science (economics, politics , sociology, and so on) included in its application of technology (construction, manufacturing, communication) by providing results students can contribute to society. then how can educational institutions facilitate students to become students who excel when outputs and outcomes in education? The objectives in this study are: 1) To describe the flagship program of PAI at SMK Nurul Hidayah Al-Falah Mojokerto. 2) To analyze the implementation of the flagship PAI program at SMK Nurul Hidayah Al-Falah Mojokerto in facilitating students to contribute to the community. 3) Analyzing the evaluation of the flagship PAI program at SMK Nurul Hidayah Al-Falah Mojokerto to contribute to the community. In this study, researchers used a qualitative approach with a case study research method that has natural characteristics as a source of direct data. In addition, it also describes data with a word. Data collection techniques are interviews, observation, and documentation. Data were analyzed using data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing and data verification. The data validity technique uses source triangulation and method triangulation. The results of the study show that: 1) PAI's flagship program at SMK Nurul Hidayah Al-Falah Mojokerto uses the development of superior programs from the aspect of an integrated curriculum, this is indicated by the implementation of PAI extracurricular activities in the form of khitobah training, reading books, bilal, and Friday sermons. 2) The implementation of the flagship PAI program at SMK Nurul Hidayah Al-Falah Mojokerto in facilitating students to contribute to society is already good, this is indicated by the existence of planning, implementation, and evaluation in training khitobah, reading books, bilal, and Friday sermons arranged and carried out structurally according to the work program that has been made by the PAI extracurricular tutoring teacher. 3) Evaluation of the PAI flagship program at SMK Nurul Hidayah Al-Falah Mojokerto to contribute to the community in accordance with the objectives of the PAI flagship program is held, this is indicated by the presence of students when outputs and outcomes in the world of education
