Abstract

This study discusses the study of transcendental communication, namely communication that occurs between a servant and the God. The problem examined in this thesis is how the process of implementing transcendental communication in the congregation of sholawat tausik in Cermen Village, Kedamean District, Gresik Regency and how the experience of implementing transcendental communication experienced by members of the tausik sholawat congregation in Cermen Village, Kedamean District, Regency Gresik. The purpose of this study is to find out how the process of implementing and experiencing transcendental communication using a phenomenological study approach. Researchers used qualitative research methods with interpretative phenomenological analysis (IPA) techniques. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this study found that the process of transcendental communication was that some informants started by taking ablution water, performing sunnah prayers, praying by sending Al Fatihah to Rasulullah SAW, friends, tabi'in, auliya', waliyullah, Muslims. and muslimat, teachers, and several others and continued by reading dhikr or wirid sholawat tausik. In addition, the process of transcendental communication, apart from worship activities such as prayer, dhikr, reading the Qur'an, can also be through religious experiences or metaphysical experiences which in this case are obtained through dreams, where the dream is a process of getting one's knowledge and experience. unseen that may not be proven directly with the naked eye. The experiences gained from the process of carrying out this transcendental communication include feeling disturbances from supernatural beings, feeling sick both physically and mentally, but also feeling peace of heart and soul, clarity of thought, feeling easier to control emotions, not easily influenced by situations and conditions. what happens and can be more introspective, and feel the smoothness of sustenance, as well as physical and mental health that is felt by yourself and your family. Recommendations and suggestions for further researchers to be able to be a reference and able to develop this research. Besides, developing this transcendental communication study for the better.
