Abstract

A high level of subjective well-being is needed so that teachers are able to reduce the negative emotions that exist within them. This study aims to determine the effect of gratitude and resilience on subjective well-being of honorary teachers. This study involved 250 honorary teachers in Bojonegoro. The sampling technique used is quota sampling. The research method uses correlational quantitative with multiple linear regression as data analysis. There are four instruments used, namely the Satisfaction with Life Scale (SWLS), the Scale of Positive and Negative Experience (SPANE), The Gratitude Quistionnaire-Six (GQ-6) and the Conor davidson resilience scale 10 (CD-RS 10). The results show that gratitude and resilience affect the formation of subjective well-being either jointly or partially. The condition of being grateful and resilient for what has happened to themselves and the relationships they run can help honorary teachers have good subjective well-being in carrying out their duties as teachers.
