Abstract
According to Bung Hatta, acts of corruption in Indonesia have become a entrenched act. So that efforts to eradicate corruption are needed not only by law enforcers, but also the need for synergy through education to provide anti-corruption cultural values to future generations from an early age. Anti-corruption education needs to be preserved through formal, non-formal and informal education. The purpose of this research is to answer the questions posed in the formulation of the problem, which include: 1) How is the process of internalizing the reference values of anti-corruption education at the Tilawatil Qur'an As-Sa'idiyah Educational Institution, Mojokerto City. 2) what are the supporting and inhibiting factors in internalizing the reference values of anti-corruption education at the Tilawatil Qur'an As-Sa'idiyah Educational Institution, Mojokerto City. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. the process of collecting data is done by three methods, namely observation, interviews and documentation. Meanwhile, data analysis consisted of data reduction, data presentation and data verification. The results of this study indicate that 1) the reference values of anti-corruption education that are internalized include nine values (honesty, discipline, responsibility, fairness, courage, caring, hard work, modest and independent). The stages of self internalization start from value transformation, value transactions to value transinternalization. to convey these values to students is carried out by the method of lectures, history, hiwar. Meanwhile, to form these values so that they are attached to the students themselves, it is carried out with disciplinary methods, training and habituation, exemplary and mauizhoh (advice). 2) The supporting factors include: (a) the sincerity of caregivers, coaches and students, (b) the example of caregivers and coaches that students should emulate. While the inhibiting factors consist of (a) the large number of students who are still children, some of them are found to often make a lot of noise, (b) the lack of closeness between parents and caregivers.
