Abstract
Organizational commitment in Islamic foundation is behaviour, employee embroidery that have will to show membership character or a behaviour that reflects loyality, employee loyality on organi–zation continually where the organization member express their attention, such as: a) strong will to maintain membership in organization Islamic fondation, b) a will to support many effort in order to the organization Islamic foundation has high level, c) belief and acceptance to the aim and organization values.
