Abstract

Academic burnout is a psychological problem in the form of boredom or exhaustion experienced by individuals in an academic environment. This research aims to determine Academic burnout in terms of Study Load and students' learning styles. The method in this research is quantitative. The subjects in this research were 302 UNIPDU Jombang students. The results of this research show that there is a partial and simultaneous influence between Learning Load and Learning Style on Academic burnout in Students. The partial results show that learning load has a significant positive effect on burnout, and visual and auditory learning styles have a significant negative effect on burnout but learning style kinesthetic has no effect on learning style.
