Abstract

The purpose of this program to spreading Islamic inclusive paradigm in the people of Aceh. Its important because the phenomenon of intolerance conflict between muslim in Aceh today. Khatib Jumat decline tragedy and pulpits of mosques brought a run that occurred in the Arongan Gampong, Simpang Mamplang, the killing Teungku Aiyub accused of aliran sesat in Bireun, the debate of opinion (khilafiah) of use a cane when Friday preaching at the Baiturrahman mosque and grand parade anti wahabi in Banda Aceh, making the atmosphere of worship tolerance in Aceh increasingly complex. One of the reasons because each group of schools recognized the truest among others. It need not happen if Muslims understand the variety of sects, because Islam is a elegant religion, moderate, and it loved all human beings Muslims and non Muslims. This paradigm was important to be understood by muslim Aceh community. because Aceh is the province that is implementating the Islamic law. Aceh is a mirror of Islamic area for other provinces in Indonesia even the world. This program was conducted from May until September 2015. It carried out by The publishing and public service institute (LP2M) of UIN Ar-Raniry. It involved around 200 lecturers, 1800 students. they are placed in different areas on a regular interval with a different activity. however, the program also involves the local Goverment, Dinas syariat Islam, Police, Department of agriculture, Kemenag, banking and Assembly of Ulama. It Implemented in 5 cities/kaupaten that are considered potential occurrence of conflicts of intolerance between Muslims. Between the stages of the process are Logging potential conflict, determine the religious figures, community liaison, small traning and preparation for the officer and volunteers involved in this program, the implementation of program with expert lecturers in Fiqh modern, Muqaranatul Mazāhib, sosioreligius conflict resolution and community development. The program concludes with a report and evaluation. From the results of this program made recommendations to the local Government to make the program sustainable in communities that are more comprehensive and integrative program. The program is expected to be followed by ongoing cooperation program between the UIN Ar-raniry, religious figures, community leaders and local government related.
