Abstract

In the present many individuals do not respect other individuals, many organizations also fall apart due to the withdrawal of qualified cadres in the organization. It is undeniable that in the UKM pencak silat UINSA Surabaya the same problem also arises. Social interaction that is usually done by humans can be simple if it meets the requirements for social interaction and vice versa will be complicated if problems arise that become obstacles to social interaction. And that is the target of researcher doing this research. The method used by researcher to examine the phenomenon of social interaction that focuses on one organization in the form of UKM Pencak silat UINSA Surabaya uses descriptive quantitative research in order to obtain data that cannot be generated with qualitative research. Here the researcher found various factors that either inhibit or not, among others that inhibit here there are only personal problems of these members, and factors that smooth out interactions include imitation, identification, suggestion, and sympathy. And know that most of their social interactions are fine and proven by the discovery of one factor that inhibits social interaction.
