Abstract

Leadership dynamics of Kiai is a thing Sunnatullah that is happened with the laws wherever and whenever likewise in Islamic Boarding School Al-Munadhoroh Kedunglo Kediri. Beginning with the leadership of phase I KH. Mohammad Ma'roef, RA as the founder of the lodge Kedunglo then replaced his son named KH. Abdul Majid Ma'roef QS Wa RA, as Phase III is KH. Romo. Kanjeng KH. Abdul Latif Madjid RA. This study focused on leadership dynamics of Kyai's in Islamic Boarding Schools Kedunglo "Al -Munadhoroh Kediri", then the factors that support and hinder and strategy to overcome the problems that occured. The method used in this study is using qualitative research. Qualitative research through data collection techniques of observation, interview, in-depth and documentation. The results of this study described that during the leadership of the above has guided the Ummah society is charismatic and democratic. So that in leading the community contributed much to the wider community with a prayer given by KH. Muhammad Ma'roef, RA, KH. Abdul Madjid maroef QS wa RA with his sholawat Wahidiyah and KH. Romo Kanjeng RA with his accomplishments are holding innovations in the field of education, that is 100 educational institutions and Boarding Islamic School is in a built in areas with a centralized system based on Boarding Islamic Schools “Al-Munadhoroh” Kedunglo Kediri. Beside that, it is also described the factors that support the dynamic leadership of kiai charisma leadership owned, Management of capable, large of fund and factors that inhibit them are, Lack of capable human resources, a weak cadre. efforts made when obstacles through in two ways are musyawarah to determine the way out and a prayer. From the description above authors say that a success in the lead because he has wide charisma, so in his leadership, he gives a great cobtribution, so he is always obeyed and respected also served the wider community role model because the leadership charisma possessed in leading the wider community
