Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of time management and academic stress on academic procrastination. This study uses a quantitative approach. The subjects in this study were 124 students of Al – Falah Siwlanpanji Islamic Boarding School, Sidoarjo who were selected using a purposive sampling technique. The method used to collect data was by distributing questionnaires containing academic procrastination, time management, and academic stress scales. The data collected was analyzed by using multiple regression analysis. The results showed that there was a significant effect of time management and academic stress on academic procrastination in students who did academic procrastination through the Anova test with a sig. 0.000 < 0.05. The conclusion in this study is that there is an influence between time management and academic stress related to academic procrastination.
