Abstract
The Regulation of the President of the Republic of Indonesia No. 8 of 2012 on the National Qualifications framework for Indonesia (Kerangka Kualifikasi Nasional Indonesia/KKNI), which was passed on January 17, 2012, and has been published in the Gazette of the Republic of Indonesia of 2012 number 24, must be note. This is noteworthy because in the future humans will be seen to Indonesia where his education, which will determine the level or the level of qualifications they have. Indonesia's National Qualifications Framework that has been socialized, although it is not yet complete in Indonesia, consists of nine levels (level), starting from the first qualifying as a qualification to qualification to the lowest-9 as the highest qualification. Qualification level is the level of learning achievement, which is based on the size of the education and / or training acquired through formal education, nonformal, informal, or work experience. Qualification on KKNI describe the learning outcomes obtained by a person through education, training, work experience, and independent learning. The first level up to the third level are grouped at the operator position, levels are grouped in the fourth to the sixth position technicians or analysts, and the level of the seventh to the ninth entry in a professional career. Basic education graduates are at the first level, graduates of secondary education are the lowest on the second level, a diploma graduates is at the lowest level 3, a graduate diploma 2 are the lowest on the ladder of four, a graduate diploma three lowest levels are at 5, and graduates 4 or a graduate diploma and applied degree is at the lowest level of 6. Graduates of professional education equivalent to level 7 and 8, a graduate degree and masters of applied equivalent to the lowest level 8, and applied doctoral graduate or doctorate level equivalent to 9, as well as graduate education specialist levels equivalent to 8 and 9.With the enactment of competence through qualifications hierarchy KKNI these adjustments must be made within 5 years. The problem, among others, have Islamic Higher Education (IHE) which is under the auspices of the Ministry of Religious Affairs has been prepared to make adjustments? If not, then the Directorate of Islamic Education under the Director General of Islamic Education will have great job in the next five years. How many courses that have to adjust the desired qualifications in KKNI? The faculty or department that is under the auspices of the Ministry of Religious Affairs have 1284 pieces, consisting of 249 faculty / department under PTAIN (State Islamic University) and 1035 are in PTAIS (Private Islamic University). Faculty or department that manages as many as 931 courses (Prodi) in 1309 PTAIN and Prodi on PTAIS, so there are 2243 in number Prodi. Two thousand two hundred forty-study program must conform to the qualifications KKNI, which means having to adjust the curriculum with learning outcomes. The implementation of adjustment programs as quickly the next 5 years can be planned. Among others is to socializise KKNI through PTAIN and PTAIS. After that, many Prodi at the institutions making the curriculum adjusted to the desired learning outcomes. The results of making the curriculum adjusted to KKNI must be discusse in the seminar to complete the new curriculum. Finally, the Ministry of Religious Affairs approve the curriculum for the seminar were implemented nationally.
