Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between social support and self-efficacy with anxiety in facing the world of work in final year students in Surabaya. This study used a quantitative approach involving 374 students as research subjects. The sampling technique applied was purposive sampling. Data were collected through a questionnaire consisting of three scales, namely the anxiety scale in facing the world of work, the Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support, and the General Self-Efficacy Scale. Data analysis was conducted using multiple linear regression with the help of IBM SPSS 25 software. The results showed that there was a relationship between social support and self-efficacy with anxiety in facing the world of work. Social support contributed 3.5%, while self-efficacy contributed 15%.
