Abstract
There are three ways to do excellent service such as using approach or attitude concept, attention and action. Excellent service with attitude concept includes three main points, polite and harmonious appearance, positive thinking, healthy and logical, and appreciative attitude. The best service based on approach or attention concept also includes three main points, such as Dan Truly understanding customers' needs, arising and rewarding customers and devoting utmost attention to customers. Excellent service to customers based on approach or concept of action give key points) to note, keyword is the number of customer needs, notification of the needs of the customers, according to the needs of the customers and declared willing to return. Excellent service is a service that meets the standards of service to customer demand.How does the service meet the standards ?. Service quality products expected by customers. Thus in the excellent service there are two things that are interconnected, ie between services with quality.
