Abstract
Career adaptability is the ability to adapt to new assignmentsin order to prepare career in the future. This study aims tosee wether there is a relationship between proactive personality and career adaptability, and wether there is a relationship between social support and career adaptability. The research method used is quantitative with correlational pearson. The number of samples used is 272 samples. The results of this study indicate that there is a relationship between proactive personality and career adaptability with positive correlation, and there is a relationship between social support and career adaptability with positive correlation.
