Abstract

One way to improve the quality of education din Indonesia today, especially in the MTs existing on the communities in the region is to improve the quality of education management system. Good starting by improving the quality of teachers, infrastructure, methods, and media menunnjang learning process. Quality education today demanded better, to produce graduates who are faithful and devoted and biased mmenguasai information technology in order to face global competition.
Therefore, the authors are interested in mngkaji further on how the implementation of the quality improvement of the quality of education in Madrasah, particularly in MTs Tauhidiyah in the village Senganten. Given the authors found there were several school districts in the neighborhood Gondang the quality is still not good as in SDN Senganten, MI Islamiyah Pajeng, MTs Tauhidiyah Bubulan, SMP PGRI Pajeng.
The purpose of this study was to determine how the application of quality improvement of education and the efforts of the school olehn Tauhidiyah MTs in implementing the learning activities. As for quality improvement and expansion of education requires at least three major factors: (1) adequacy of educational resources in terms of quality of staff, cost and means of learning; (2) The quality of teaching and learning processes that encourage students to learn effectively; and (3) Quality of output in the form of knowledge, attitudes, skills, and values. So adequacy of resources, quality of teaching and learning, and the quality of output will be satisfied if the required financial support and education professionals can be provided at the school, and all of this of course requires education resources including fees.
In this study, researchers used a qualitative approach, the approach that does not contain figures, but in the form of words, pictures, and so on. The conclusion from this study is that the adoption of quality improvement of education in MTs Tauhidiyah is good enough, and the efforts that have been made may be seen from the quality of teachers, infrastructure, methods, media and conducive environment.
