Abstract
Quantum Leaming method is a powerful and engaging teaching and learning methodology that integrates best educational practices into a unified whole and bring their moods in fun atmosphere this situation makes them more creative, enthusiastic , proactive and free in asking questions and always keep their attention to the subject while they are learning it also makes the teaching learning process more interesting and enjoyable. This thesis will explain the tecaher understanding about Quantum Leaming Method and problem that faced by teacher using Quantum Leaming method. The writer observation to the school apply Quantum Learning, the first writer research facilities in the classroom and then writer interview the English teacher apply Quantum learning method in the teaching learning process. Next writer analyzed the data that had been collected in the descriptive analysis and the qualitative manner, in the form of words, phrases and sentence, and also comment. The researcher read off the teachers answer to from note the interview result, about the understanding about Quantum Leaming Method, tandur, principle of Qliantum Leaming Meth and problem that faced by teacher using Quantum Learning 111ethod. The next section researcher analysis teacher answers. In fact from the result interviewed the teacher used Quantum Leaming still confused with the Quantum Learning method. So the result and the teacher used Quantum Leaming Method still confuised about Quantum learning method it self, because the teacher just improve from the seminar, pelatihan, headmaster and diklat and not added from quantum book. Moreover, the teacher problem faced by teacher using quantum leaming method is time, facilities, student not attractive with the lesson and media in teaching learning uncompleted.
