Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari tahu pola penerapan disiplin kerja di PT Mina Wisata Islami Surabaya dan faktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi penerapan disiplin kerja pegawai di PT Mina Wisata Islami Surabaya. Peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif jenis studi kasus untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut. Wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi peneliti gunakan sebagai cara untuk mendapatkan data di penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Pola penerapan disiplin kerja yang digunakan di PT Mina Wisata Islami Surabaya adalah disiplin preventif, disiplin progresif, dan disiplin perspektif hak-hak individu, (2) Faktor-faktor yang dapat mempengaruhi penerapan disiplin kerja di PT Mina Wisata Islami Surabaya adalah: tujuan dan kemampuan pegawai, upah, teladan pemimpin, balas jasa, penerapan sanksi, pengawasan dari pimpinan, dan keadilan. This research aims to find out the pattern of implementing work discipline at PT Mina Wisata Islami Surabaya and the factors that can influence the application of employee work discipline at PT Mina Wisata Islami Surabaya. Researchers used a qualitative case study type approach to achieve this goal. Researchers used interviews, observations and documentation as a way to obtain data in this research. The results of the research show that: (1) The pattern of implementing work discipline used at PT Mina Wisata Islami Surabaya is preventive discipline, progressive discipline, and discipline from an individual rights perspective, (2) Factors that can influence the application of work discipline at PT Mina Surabaya Islamic Tourism are: goals and abilities of employees, wages, leadership example, remuneration, application of sanctions, supervision from leadership, and justice.
